my story, my background, my motivation

Behind every person there is a story that shows why they are the way they are. That is mine.

For me, what holds the world together is a deep love of life and a strong curiosity coupled with a passionate desire to create.

My whole life I have been driven by one question: what do we as humans need in order to trust in all our abilities, our creative power, and to act responsibly, to shine, to blossom as creators and valuable members of society?

What fantastic opportunities can we take advantage of if we work together to create a healthy and fulfilling future every day?

I see life as a great gift and am a fulfilled athlete of the future: mother of three wonderful daughters, entrepreneur, psychologist, coach, sparring partner and confidante, social mover and instigator of new and different thinking.

My whole passion is to accompany as a designer, encourager, human developer, space provider and possibility thinker: management and leadership, companies, organizations and the self-employed.

In my mid-twenties, I was one of the top three consultants in Germany as a qualified financial specialist and accompanied a fantastic team of successful bankers to ever greater success - more numbers, more productivity... until one day "life got in the way" and I found myself in the intensive care unit of my eldest daughter...

Such turning points are decisive in the lives of many people, as I have witnessed countless times to date. The same is true for me.

I set out to find out what really drives us as humans, what drives our behavior and discovered

among other things, the foundations for real success in life. The why and wherefore, our very personal inner drive, values, culture and attitude are the basis for every healthy and powerful, deeply effective and shapeable life.
