"To see the special talents in people,

before they have become aware of it themselves and to promote it,

until they are ready to recognize them themselves."

In my work as a trainer, I have seen time and again that leadership does not consist of standing alone on the bridge and setting the course, but of achieving the goal together as part of the team.

“Leadership is not about being at the top, but about walking side by side with others.”

I firmly believe that a good leader listens, supports and encourages – and does not forget to constantly learn and develop themselves.

In today's working world, where agile methods and flat hierarchies are becoming more important, leadership is increasingly becoming a team effort.

It's no longer about knowing everything or having the perfect solution.

“You don’t have to be the one who knows every answer, but the one who asks the right questions.”

For me, leadership means creating the space for others to reach their full potential.

The younger generations in particular bring with them fresh ideas and different expectations – they do not just want to be part of a system, but want to actively shape it.

I take this seriously.

I see it as my job to show managers how they can take up these impulses and support their teams on an equal footing.

What I observe again and again is the fear of losing authority through too much openness or flexibility.

But for me it's just the opposite.

“Real strength comes from giving others the space to grow.”

It's not about losing control, but about building trust - in yourself and in the team.

My trainings are about how managers can create this space in which their employees can develop and take on responsibility together.

“Leadership does not mean carrying everything yourself, but sharing the burden across many shoulders.”

I have experienced that teams work best when each individual can contribute their strengths and feels heard. As a manager, this means being able to let go - without losing track of things.

For me, this is not a contradiction.

It is more a question of attitude. In my training courses, I support managers in developing and living this attitude.

Especially when working with younger generations, I notice how important it is to accept new ways of thinking and demands. Generation Z doesn't just want clear tasks and instructions, they are looking for meaning and flexibility.

“Leadership today means building bridges – between the expectations of employees and the goals of the company.”

I see my role as supporting leaders in being this bridge.

It's about finding the balance between your own line and being open to new impulses.

This is the only way we can grow and be successful together as a team.

For me, leadership is not a rigid construct.

It is like a journey together, where everyone plays their role and makes their contribution.

“In the end, we are not successful because one person sets the path, but because we walk it together.”

This conviction shapes my work. It's about leading as part of the team, listening and finding the best way forward together.
